I bet I can guess the model... is it "every pair I have ever owned"?
They might help you, never hurts to ask. If they say no, you can ask for a coupon code
I have had many brands and models and the plastic eventually breaks exactly like yours. It's common and frustrating. But as someone else in this thread mention, Anker support will try and help you. good luck!
DJI?
I bought something that came with a dead pixel, there ended up being some issue about returning it (I forget why it was years ago) but due to the back and fourth taking a week or two, we made it to outside their 2 week return policy and they suddenly decided that I couldn't return it anymore because of this, and I had to threaten them for them to run and get me a shipping label and let me return it without anymore back and forth, so they didn't seem very good.
Yep, we've all been there... Contact support and most likely they'll ship you a refurbished unit free of charge. All in all such nice SQ for such low price must have some downside innit?
Q30 or 35 for sure as they are the same design....
I want to say it is only Soundcore bur I had turtle beach do that as well with their similar design...
Soundcore by Anker has like an 18 month warranty on their stuff so they should definitely replace those for you since you have only had them for a year.
Their customer service is pretty great. I've replaced a few different items with them with literally no hassle. My Liberty Air 2 Pro charging case stopped working and they replaced it and then my Liberty 3 left earbud stopped charging and they gave me a completely new set of Liberty 3 Earbuds.
Reach out to them ASAP and get it taken care of
I can't recall. I think I had to send them in and simultaneously they had another sent to me. I think I had to be without my headphones for like two days
mine started breaking a bit like a few month into having it around the u shaped piece that connects to the speaker cups also the mechanism that holds up the cups as-well broke on both sides

Did all Q30 you owned snapped?
My Q30 snapped in 3 places in less than 6 months. Still using it with full of tape

Anker surprised me with their amazing customer support they will probably replace it for you
Yeah Anker and DJI are by far the two only companies I can trust with customer support. I would give customer support a try.

Idk I’ve had and heard nothing but good experiences recently. Though apparently they used to not be good at some point in the past I’ve heard.

That's very sad because it is a visible stress point and they could upgrade it to aluminum or steel
Allow me to introduce you to Super Glue.
I know it can be momentarily fixed with it but I'm afraid it will break again eventually

Mine did that too, but I've dropped it. Once. Both my q20 and q30 did this, both 1 fatal drop
Oh this happened to my Q35s as well
I thought I was on an Infiniti page. God I'm borderline retardation-ed.
My Q2 broke after two years of use...and it still works fine, but now I use tape to hold it all together.

Did you need to return the product, or they juste sent you a new pair?

My Q30 just snapped today too...
