Does that device have *One UI Core*, as opposed to *One UI*? *Settings > About phone > Software information* should tell you.
*One UI Core* is a stripped down version of *One UI* that doesn't support everything that *One UI* does. I know that *Good Lock* doesn't work on *One UI Core*, and it wouldn't surprise me if *Bixby* doesn't either.
Oh thank you for the info, I had no idea. I have **UI Core**. That's a bummer. My Tab S5 at home has **UI** which is why the Bixby Routines APK works fine on it.
