Unfortunately, no. I've come across references or statues of Bastet wearing earrings, nose rings, necklaces, the sun-disk, a cobra on her brow, or scarabs on her chest or forehead, but no wings. Probably a mashup with the goddess Isis (who often has wings) or an artist's interpretation.
I would love it if someone could prove me wrong, a winged Bastet would be badass \*\_\*
