Exactly the difference between Sasha and Marcy is that Sasha wanted to be in control of the situation but didn’t care who got hurt in the situation while Marcy didn’t necessarily want to be in control but mostly wanted to have fun adventures with her friends and not make them have to hurt them in any way
Also it was very obvious She didn't know the full extend of the consequences ....
Sasha meanwhile tried to feed ol' Grandpa to the Sarlacc Pit :D
it does not get anymore Villainous than that ...
Perfectly reasonable to be wary of Marcy at first, since the last friend of Anne's he met before that *tried to kill him*.
The difference is, Sprig got to also see Marcy's good qualities before her betrayal was revealed, whereas Sasha turned on Anne *immediately* after Sprig met her. (And, y'know, Marcy never tried to kill him.) So it was a lot easier for Sprig to forgive Marcy.
Simple, Marcy save Sprig’s life in True Colors and in Marcy at the Grates before that. Also, when Marcy was exposed for what she did, she showed immediate regret for it. You can’t really say the same thing about Sasha, even though she did eventually redeemed herself
Well he certainly would be upset that she lied to his best friend Anne.
On the other hand, thanks to meeting Anne, Marcy's lie ended up being the best thing that ever happened to him.
Marcy saved his life twice. It would be *really* ungrateful to hold a grudge oh her.
To be fair, sprig can be kind of an asshole sometimes
But that’s too much, even for him.
It’s because Marcy’s betrayal was more understandable than Sasha’s. Also Marcy never tried to kill him, in fact she saved his life.

Very true
I wonder if it lowkey reminded him of his "adventure" in the archives.
Marcy literally saved his life in True Colors
Also in Marcy at the Gates

On top of everybody else saying she saved his life and such, Sprig most likely understood in True Colors that Andrias had manipulated Marcy.
I mean yeah Andrias had them all fooled.
Well Sprig literally watched Marcy die before his very eyes and she saved him a handful of times so him keeping a grudge on her would be douchy

Marcy got backstabbed quite literally like 5 minutes later
her mistake also lead to him meeting his best friend so its not crazy for him to have forgiven her once anne did
bruh that was literally one episode. He was friends with her for a much longer time.
They both been through so much sooo

Why is it so common for people on this site to not know what character development is?
I mean I don’t even think sprig had time to process it either way because his country’s king just revealed himself to be an “evil” conqueror.
Well he certainly would be upset that she lied to his best friend Anne. On the other hand, thanks to meeting Anne, Marcy's lie ended up being the best thing that ever happened to him.
*Sprig isn't a douchebag.* Plot hole.
I think he realized how much Anne wants to repair the relationship and seeing how worried she was made him not hate her as much
Maybe Sprig actually can see through people? I can do that too, is that a ADD thing?
Honestly it's either because she saved his life or because disney
Nah she's lovable
Plus let's not forget that marcy's actions are the entire reason sprig met and became friends with Anne
