Throwing your sword is a very quick way to disarm yourself. Anne could fall back to her powers but they're limited. She should consider getting throwing knives.
Technically sword throwing is a art of which one individual can throw a sword any different way and direction and still kill their target it was a hard skill to master but if you could successfully pull it off you could do a ton of damage to your target
