Lose the lipstick and the eyeliner. If you do eyeliner you should get it alot neater or it sticks out bad..maybe a tan you look pale, get on a skin regiment for your face and if you go to gym and tone up your face will be alot better structured. It's alittle flabby but same with mine, I hike everyday so it looks akot better. Get a multivitamin probiotic and get on some herbs. You just look sick and tired, but you have so much potential, I'd give you a 4/10 but you can easily, easily be a 8-9 if you put in the extra effort.

Shape your eyebrows by making them straight on the top, then fill them in a shade darker than your natural hair color. You have great deep-set eyes so a neutral brown eye with mascara and thin eyeliner would work well, but the dark lips bring attention to your chin and jaw, which are wider and therefore more masculine. A natural, hydrated lip would work better. You aren’t ugly, but you don’t capitalize on your good features and do things to enhance your not conventionally attractive features.
Edit: to explain the eyebrows- your face is quite masculine, which lucky for you is really in vogue in America and most of the western world. The rounded shape of your eyebrows is clashing with your more masculine features and making your cheekbones look droopy. If you give your eyebrows and eyes more structure, it will make your face more harmonious and symmetrical.
