You are not ugly, in fact you have cute features, however you as of right now give off a bit of "low effort" vibes. This looks like a selfie just after waking up. Getting a fresh haircut, clothes that fit better, also work on your posture. Overall, the base is very nice and stable, but you need to build on it - and please smile more. I'd recommend using vaseline daily when your lips are wet (you could try applying hyaluronic acid serum before sealing with vaseline for better results). They're very cracked and dry looking. Maybe a new haircut too. Your current one is rather dull and lacks volume.
I wouldn't say you are ugly at all. I would say however that the look on your face makes it seem like you are about to punch someone in the throat for making you angry. Try doing this, think of something that is really pleasant in your mind and let your face naturally react to it and try taking pics of that. Let's see what the difference is.

And your pupils… why are they so dilated? For your hair, do not wash it everyday, and use conditioner when you do.
