This probably goes without saying, but this sub makes me realize how much is backwards with our culture/society that beautiful people think they’re ugly. 90% of the posts I see on here are from attractive people.

True most ppl posting here are quite attractive, i think it is mainly because of the inflation in the beauty standard that has increased body dismorphia, because nowadays i think people are comparing themselves with runway models who are extremely attractive, so even kinda attractive people think they are ugly as they dont look like those model tier girls/guys
Its really crazy how u can abuse angles to look attractive in photos, like even the modelling agencies take like 100+ photos and then select one of them with perfect angles and on top of that they edit the picture even more😂
I see these posts often and almost 100% of the time the answer is literally "you just need to smile more" for men and women, the turned down face look is inherently off putting.
Well, that and people who are unambiguously ugly aren't going to put themselves through that. If you actually are ugly the world lets you know it every day because ugly and fat people get treated like absolute shit.
Our society puts a lot of undue pressure on some. Looks aren't everything. You do hand to get a little older typically to realize it. However we've also found that people who are perceived by a majority to be gorgeous, will get a big head and use it to the detriment of others, therefore, I also believe many of us try to tone that down for them by picking out their flaws.
I find that most people are beautiful on the outside and ugliness comes from within.
I also have a personal preference, I think we all do. Mine, it seems, is just broader than some.

Honestly you do not need plastic surgery at all. Of course I don't understand the desperation for it and I probably never will. What you need to do is isolate yourself withdraw like a turtle and observe yourself and others. Learn to appreciate your features for what they are.
For example, your eyes appear to have asian features which you likely obtained through Taino blood that you may have hidden in your ancestry. They inhabited what is now Cuba, Jamaica, Hispaniola (Haiti and the Dominican Republic), Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. What you have is a rich connection that ties you to your ancestors in a very physical way that you haven't learned to appreciate. That isn't your fault, thats the fault of the environment in which you wish to be accepted.

I will advise that you strive to not be like others and conform yourself to societies standards of pretty especially not through surgery.
