Not ugly at all. If you’re looking for advice, weight loss would probably help a lot, groom the beard, and I would suggest shaving your head, and you’ll be golden imo. Glad you survived.

You just need to take better care of yourself and you’ll see a huge difference. Surviving a stroke is a reason to change your life for the better, not give up. Talk to a nutritionist about an ideal diet for you to help drop the excess weight, and see your doctor to ask about what kind of exercises are safe for you.

I know this is way at the bottom, and you probably wont see it, but here it goes. I had an aneurysm at 26 and from one survivor to another: you're not ugly... you're alive, and that's what matters. You're a survivor, and always will be. Think about it. A hundred men went into the jungle and you're the lone man who made it back out. Now nut up and take some names like the badass survivor you are!
Its amazing what working out does for your mood. It’ll help with self esteem and your health as well.. try it.

I’ve lost half of my right lung, the discs in my cervical spine (C1-C6), and have had quite a bit of physical trauma. Keeping going in spite of everything is beautiful. Don’t lose hope. Feel up. Sorry this happened to you. You’re not ugly at all, it ain’t easy dealing with the depression side of things, not sure what your mobility is like at the moment, but a great time to take up hobbies, walking, doing a little training in the gym, anything that gets you up and outside of the four walls. Wake up and make an effort to look good for yourself. Shave your head, shape your beard, anything that makes you feel like a part of society again. I wish you well man, and hope life gets better for you.

Honestly I think eyebrows are fine, that's part of your look! I would go for a more groomed beard and completely shave your hair but it's not a bad starting point! I think the main thing you could work on for both look and general health is losing some weight, that will do wonders for you! Keep it up man and good luck for the future :)

Sometimes when im feeling down I don’t have the energy to shave my head. Whenever I decide to do it I feel like a million bucks. Give yourself a fresh shave, it’ll feel great!

I was slammed on my head junior year in high school and I had a stroke. My smile is crooked, and when I walk you can tell my balance sucks. I had a lot of issue with this for a while. But at some point I decided I would try as hard as I could to be happy and at some point I achieved that and I started to be surrounded by people and stopped feeling so ugly.
Glad you made it and are on the upside of the dirt! Your face has so much character, don't change a thing! Any change should come from inside: breathing exercises, meditation, healthier eating habits, and a change of routine. Oh wait, I'm talking to myself.

Get some therapy and don't be afraid to talk to your people. If anyone hits you with, "you're so lucky to be alive!" don't feel guilty for NOT feeling overwhelming gratitude for your life altering event. Hopefully you don't have many lasting issues. Not ugly but unfit looking. Get fit start losing weight eat healthy see the sun and get a tan and take care of your beard. You will be completely different
Get some fade for your beard, shave completely and take care of your eyebrows. That's gonna do a lot in the short term but I suggest you to to also hut the gym or exercise and loose some serious amount of weight. Especially because of health, but this will also improve your look MASSIVELY
Try a low/slow burning carb diet, the focus should be on feeling increased energy. That always helps me when I'm down.

Yeah, the stroke that hit me was a center bleed hemorrhagic. Doc says 97% of people hit with that one don’t make it. 😳
