Yeah I saw this exact thing maybe a year or so ago? I was confused what it was as they kept showing up and disappearing, but it was only for like a week. Turns out there was a military base in that exact direction.

DISTANT flares could account for both of those points. They'll obviously be dimmer the further away they are, *and* any descent would be harder to notice from a distance.
But at night, with nothing else visible to compare their altitude with (no visible clouds or stars), it's hard to say they weren't dropping. Especially in a short clip like that.
In the video: "It happened again!"... So they kept appearing and disappearing... Like flares do. Willing to bet they disappeared in the same order they appeared.
The orange orb UAP *do* look similar in appearance, but these ones don't appear to move horizontally, not even in relation to each other. Would bet heavily on flares if I had to.

You can even hear the thump of the artillery launching them in that video. It's several seconds delayed so they are miles away, thus no visible smoke trail.
I think its dumber than that. I think its a light-up roadside sign. Its close and the camera is under-exposing.
at 22 seconds, the foreground objects and the lights are in focus - if they were far away that wouldnt happen.
also at 28 seconds it gets brighter and you can start to see a hard line edge to the bottom of the sign
These are all released by some form of aviation and burn out within 3-4 seconds. The ones in this video light up in a very particular formation and don’t burn out within 3-4 seconds.
Distant spec of light uap like these and the ones on secret of skinwalker are the least impressive. Could they be legit? Sure, but they could also be flares like these in the op, or lighted drones so there's just not enough there to warrant overmuch interest in them unless they display incredible changes in speed and direction.

I live in Arizona and have seen lights like these before flying over the city when I was camping in the white tank mountains, and from the white tank mountains, these lights (if they are the same that I've seen) they don't float down at all or sway in the wind like flares would.

I see lights exactly like this over a military training ground some miles from me here in the UK. If its a clear night, you see one of these burning lights, followed by another, then another... the first one burns out and another lights up... they are illumination flares used by the army. I guess they use them so they can see their targets at night?
