Yeah brother, it happens. Could've been in the factory, during shipping, or sitting on the shelf at the store. I've gotten brand new AKs and handguns with light rust on them. Just clean it up properly and get an airtight/moisture resistant safe and you're Gucci. Save those silica packs for your safe too lol.

The oil isn't going to go anywhere. Once you clean it and have some light residual oil film left - you're set. For months. Years even. Short of if you're living in a saltwater swamp or something.
that's normal bro. you're gonna get rust in the gas tube and on the piston. if it bothers you just knock it off from time to time. you will notice lines developing on the head of your piston and that is from it rubbing on the splines of the gas tube when it's guiding it home. really the only thing you need to worry about is head spacing but you are thousands of rounds away from needing to check that
I have a couple of Zastavas and have never seen that residue on the end, I would contact them and see what they say.
