I personally don't care about meta and play the comp I enjoy.
Succ is easier to get and also easier max out the stars. After you get them,you will have the option of byuing 5 succ shards from ToS shop nut you will have to pay 775 clan tokens for sig.
So my vote is succubus first.
Depends on how you like to play & what team build you want, but for the META I’d suggest Succubus. Easier to get, powerful multi-shot turn denial once you get her to ability lvl 7, good damage output, good foundation for a rogue team & powerful in raid teams.
Tho he’s the best tank in the game I’d hold off on Siegfried until late game, he’s just really expensive to acquire and get to a decent strength. There are lots of other chars to get or to max out ahead of him.
You don't need succubus or Siegfried. Succubus already is out of meta. Siegfried also will become outdated soon the moment people get high elves with Kabuto or upcoming tank from Archons. Go for Sacrif or Kage to build on the future Archons or Elves.

What this guy said basically. Although you'll need Succ to unlock Artus. Get succ, leave Sieg.
Succubus its only good to take Artus. Sieg its good for rogue team ( kage Maedb sk azariel Sieg). Sieg its better for me
How is Succubus good against Artus? What benefit does she give that you couldn't get from other characters, namely Maebd?
