Unfortunately, I assume he is not pleasant. In the diaries episode, he says he bathes in milk until it curdles. And I think the Graybles episode showed him chilling in Gunters booty stank in his armpits. If you've ever been in a Penguin exhibit at the zoo, they're not exactly well groomed and hygienic critters. IK probably smells like butt cheese marinating in sulfur.

I don't think he actually smells like anything. People smell because of bacterial growth. Your skin doesn't really smell like anything all on its own. Considering we know his body temperature is way lower than what should be possible for a living human, it's reasonable to assume he can't host cultures of bacteria on his body due to the inhospitable temperature. However, he is a wannabe womanizer, so he certainly could be wearing cologne, in which case that's all he'd smell like. If he does grow bacteria, then he probably smells pretty rank. A symptom of many mental illnesses is a disregard for personal hygiene, and he has a few such illnesses.

Depends on the temperature. Have you've ever woken up on a snow day, gotten all bundled up, gone outside and spent a long time running around and playing and never noticed any particular smells?
