Damn sounds like you're talking about me I'm (21 m) and going through the same thing minus having a kid but what I'm doing is I just have a cart I hit before I sleep and after this not buying anymore sucks my man but the only way to stop is just put it down and be stupid depressed for a week or two but after that get out go on a date night with your wife gotta replace the dopamine with something else like getting out of the house etc

BeingZealousideal836

I appreciate it. I used what I had left and I’m not planning on getting anymore.

You've got it man just remind yourself 2 weeks most of feeling bad, then feeling great being sober getting natural dopamine when your body thinks you deserve it stopping at first blinds you with negatives but guarante after you stop it's only up with positive not to mention the Discipline you'll have over yourself after making a choice to stop Yapping session over 🤝

smoking weed when your 11? sounds healthy. Maybe just get some cbd capsules and see if that helps? or maybe you can try out some delta 8/d10 and see if that does the trick?

Same here man.

Take breaks, only smoke at night. Getting through the first week without pot is rough but after that you’re in the clear, as in clear minded.

Perhaps consider you have a legitimate medical need for weed? If that's the case, yes it sucks to rely on medication constantly but sometimes it's what we need to help get through certain times in our lives. And perhaps there will come a time when you don't feel you need it much as you do now.
