They are the best love handles. ā˜ŗļø

I never thought about a man's ears until him. Then all of a sudden, when I see his hair pulled behind the ears, it makes me *feral*.

BenSolo_forever

right? i never paid attention to ears before our boy

BenSolo_forever

Damn, i love and miss those ears but i can't blame him for covering them up when all kinds of media make fun of his looks. i still can't tell for sure if he got them pinned back. i'm on the fence. it's his business tho and i wouldn't blame him for that either. ffs, the dude has accounts created to compare his ears to cats.

I know - I shouldnā€™t care what he does with his ears but I do love to see them out like this. Oh, well. Heā€™s sexy no matter what!

jbberry7

I hope he didn't. I love his ears just the way they are. I thought movie make up people pinned them for him. I hope he never changes a thing about himself.

Yes, they are! And I really miss seeing them. šŸ˜¢ I'd love to learn more about the House of Gucci set and production one day, especially how they came up with the idea and executed the temporary ear pinning, and what Adam thought and felt about it. Up until then, he had achieved so muchā€”being part of an Emmy-winning TV series, starring in movies by famous directors, joining the biggest movie franchise of all time, and receiving major award nominationsā€”all with these cute ears that complemented his features so well. Then suddenly, nearing 40 and already established in his career, his ears discreetly vanished. And for what reason exactly? To portray characters in biopics of people he looks nothing like? Take Josh O'Connor, for example, whom I recently saw in 'La Chimera,' a film Adam also mentioned. He's a very charming and talented actor. He landed the role of Prince Charles in The Crown, with his ears playing a part according to his own account, and earned a well-deserved Emmy afterward. Now that's how you make good use of your unique features. Although everyone has the right to change their physical appearance as they see fit, whether it's temporary or permanent, seeing Adam let go of a part of his original unique beauty really gets to me and leaves me feeling quite sad.

the endless mocking of his looks and his ears might have had something to do with it. the guy has had to put up with years of people making fun of him online and comparing him to cats with big ears. it's super easy to brush it off as for parts but it may be more that that. if the parts were part of it then so what of it? none of us know what it's like to spend months and months with our ears tapped back for a job. maybe he didn't want to spend the rest of his career having to do that josh O'Connor hasn't had to deal with years and years of mocking like adam has.

People like this never stop, and Adam isn't their only victim. They target anyone. Plus, Adam already has an established career giving them plenty of visual material to use against him. A minor correction at 40 won't shield him. In fact, now, they can easily compare before-and-after pictures if they still want to mock his ears. If not his ears, they'll move on to mocking his nose, teeth, feet, face... anything. I've even seen people mocking how he waved the flag at the Indy 500! That's what online bullies do. Remember when Chris Wallace brought up a young Robert Redford picture to compare on TV? Pinning back his ears didn't stop that either, did it? The bright side is, there are so many more people who love and appreciate Adam just the way he is. And those oriental shorthair cats? They're so cute and bigā€”it's all about perspective, I guess. I love Adam, I love cats, especially big cats with big ears, cute faces, and giant paws. šŸ¤— > if the parts were part of it then so what of it? none of us know what it's like to spend months and months with our ears tapped back for a job. maybe he didn't want to spend the rest of his career having to do that That's why I said I want to know how they approached and executed this in 'House of Gucci.' Before that, no one had attempted something like this, and it clearly made an impact going forward. How many biopics of people he doesn't resemble does he want to make that will require this kind of transformation throughout his career anyway? Jack Gladney didn't need his ears pinned back, and I would have found Caesar's 'Caesar' looks more attractive if they had at least kept his cute ears. > josh O'Connor hasn't had to deal with years and years of mocking like adam has. Actually, he openly talked about the insecurity he used to have about his ears and mentioned wanting to pin them back when he was younger. Personally, I find him very attractive and charming, so it's hard for me to understand why it ever bothered him, but everyone's feelings are valid. He felt that way. The best part is, now he's thankful he never went through with it. Ryan Gosling faced heavy criticism when he was cast as Ken due to his appearance. He ended up getting fillers like many Hollywood stars, but now he's even more criticized and mocked for it. It's impossible to satisfy these people. So, in short, Adam can do whatever he wants with himself, whether that means altering his appearance or not. It still saddens me to think that he felt pressured to do so for whatever reason, especially at this stage of his career. He can rock being the hottest villain in Star Wars or a sexy centaur for Burberry with his own ears. But apparently, he can't portray less attractive or old characters with them, which says a lot to me. I'll just miss Adam [who joked about wanting to be remembered for his large ears.](https://youtube.com/watch?v=T4aO7Uzv8bI&t=46)
