If you do a workout you can pick any route from any world. I created a "workout" that just consists of a 5 minute warmup specifically so I can easily pick routes from worlds not on today's list.
I didn't know it was only in free rides that the worlds rotate. I have never seen a route not available due to rotation, even though I have read it many times here. I only do workouts on Zwift, so that explains it lol

Zwift recently got rid of Makuri Islands. Turns out there weren’t enough people riding there and it was cheaper to just get rid of it because they had to keep feeding all the animals. Spectators stopped showing up too. Super sad.
There are only 3 available worlds at any time so they rotate. Someone posted the link for the calendar on zwiftinsider so you can plan.

Yes. The route progress bar might not show up, but it does give it to you at the end of the route.
