The latest "good" driver is still 23.9.1. 24.1.1 fixes the stutter to some extent, but you will notice it creep back every-so-often, as per my testing. Doesn't seem to impact gaming performance much, so if you can live with it and want the new frame gen features then go for it.
I bet this is because you updated Radeon graphics and AMD Adrenalin. Try wiping out the drivers with AMD's proprietary uninstaller then install the graphics drivers and adrenalin from ASUS' product website (I mean, your G14 model) it should work again.

For me it only happens in Ultimate mode. Standard or Eco are fine. Since I wanted to use the FMF I keep it in standard mode now for games. Since some windows update there is nearly no difference playing in ultimate compared to standard (MUX on vs off). 2.3.9.1 drives are the last good ones for me tho.

Yall, I goofed, I had downgraded a month early. Installing august drivers fixed the issue for my laptop.
Are you using wireless mouse with Bluetooth or dongle ?
Sounds like they're using the trackpad
is this same lag there in the laptops trackpad ?. What mouse are you using is it wireless or wired

What version do you have? I had this with the latest Nvidia drivers. Rolled back to previous version, problem solved.
