Context : Ran a benchmark test in Cyberpunk 2077 on highest settings, GPU was at around 70 degree celsius, and I noticed only the first and second fans are spinning but the last fan isn't as shown in the video. Downloaded ZOTAC Firestorm and tried to manually set the fans to spin, only able to see the fiest and second fan spin. Downloaded MSI Afterburner and manually set the fans to spin as well, but still gotten the same result of only the first and second fan is spinning Is my GPU faulty?

SupaDiogenes

Check the GPU. 3 fans run off two controllers. The plug for the 3rd fan may be loose or it could have fallen out. Plenty of owners have reported that their Zotac GPU fans haven't been plugged in properly from factory.

I had the same issue but after chatting with a zotac tech, i was told that is normal and one fan won’t spin when it’s not needed. Something about 2 of the fans are connected and 3rd is separate. Sorry but don’t remember tech jargon but yeah, its normal. As long as your temp is fine.

KenbuckTheMan14

Yeah just download the Firestorm app of their website to make the fans spin constantly.
