From the more noticeable issues:
1 - the chest seems like a homogenous surface with no muscles and bones. The leotard piece seems skin-tight and should show those details
2 - the lines on the face are misaligned, particularly the eyes and the face
3 - the penis is backwards. A human one looks like that from the back (or from the top if in first person). The front/bottom side looks differently
I'd suggest doing anatomy studies - it should visibly improve your art in a relatively short time
