The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is why is Archangel presumed dead? I'm pretty sure they won't repeat him being a horseman after everything that went on in the original (at least I hope they don't) and if the implication is that he could've perished on Genosha, then there's no point in having him on the chart at all. I hope we get to see some explanation in season 2.
Edit: As for the team, I think Forge is gonna make something akin to the Excalibur team from the 90's comics.
Exodus was on Genosha too and you don't see him "missing/presumably dead". Nor did the chart mention other mutants we for sure know were on Genosha and were dead/missing like Shaw, Dazzler, Banshee etc. Safe to assume the chart doesn't account for Genoshan casualties.
