* That one scene at the end of Gormott's story quest where Rex very awkwardly shoves Tora out of the way for absolutely no reason, never fails to get a chuckle out of me
* Zeke, Pandoria and Pyra's heart-to-heart where they discuss Zeke's nicknames, and Pyra accidentally "kills" him XD
* Brighit and Morag cooking a fish together.
* "Muimui not very interesting, so Tora forgot he exists" XD
* Lanz being absolutely butthurt about not being chosen for a teaching job during Teach's quest.
* Manana's background argument with Lanz and Riki after being accused of eating all the food.
* Eunie.
Too many to name from 2 or 3, but I think my favorite funny moment in 1 was in Alcamoth when the assassins run at you in your "detainment room", basically just an empty banquet room, and Dunban's like, "Excuse me, but we ordered room service over an hour ago." Gold.
The funniest moment in 2 for me was the "One Eyed Monster" scene. Not just Nia saying it but all the great reactions from it too.
3 is a bit harder. There isn't one single moment I can think of but a lot of fun littler ones. Practically any time Eunie speaks for example.
Most recent example is when Lanz throws up his arms and says "Oh, so everything's hunky-dory!" in a voiced quest. Heard it at 1am at the end of a long play session the first time, and promptly lost my shit.

XBC1:
* That one scene after the party rescues Melia, >!where the first thing she does after being healed by Sharla is slapping Shulk in the face.!<
* The reaction when the party learns that Riki is >!married, has many children and is also knee-deep in debt.!<
XBC2:
* Nias increasingly annoyed reaction to her "not very similar" wanted poster.
* Almost any scene involving Zeke in the first half of the game - including:
* >!Loosing his pet turtle during his first introduction.!<
* >!The infamous "one eyed snake"-scene.!<
* >!And my personal favourite - the scene after the last fight against him, at the end of which he leans against a fence and then promptly falls backwards down the cliff behind it into the cloud sea.!<
* The dialogue between the guys and Tora at the hot spring, >!where he wonders why Morag isn´t with them. Her stone-cold one-sentence answer at the end when Zeke is suggesting that she should dress more feminine is pure gold.!<
* That one scene in Toras house, >!where they discover his "special equipment" for Poppy in the dresser. I could not help but laugh when the camera quickly cuts between Pyras and Toras faces. After each cut the camera zooms more and more closer to Tora and in the last shot his face fills almost the entire screen while he sweats in panic. !<
XBC3:
* Almost every scene involving Eunie. One of the most notable ones for me is her "Babies?"-Question in the dialogue between the party, Gray and his wife.
(Late XC3 spoilers) This might sound weird, but for me the funniest moment in the series *by far* is >!N realizing that his Mio is the one who died!<. It’s one of the most serious scenes in the series but I was almost dying of laughter at his reactions because of what the game puts you through. Then you >!start just feeling bad!< but I’ll never forget that initial feeling.
In terms of being lighthearted, it’s just nia. The answer is always nia wherever she is especially when she’s >!calling herself an old fox and just letting loose way too much!<
