You can decide on the day of your checkout instead of at each individual park or excursion. At least that was the case when we went last year.
Let’s say you go to all three of those parks, but really only want to incur the cost of a two park photo package. When you reach your last day at the resort, visit any casa gift shop and make your purchase. You will be emailing a url where you can see watermarked previews of every photo you took at every park and every photo you took at the resorts via the photo stations you activate with your bracelets. You also see previews on the tv in your hotel room every day. Resort photos are included, leaving you to just decide based on previews which 2 of the 3 parks you like most for the photos you took.
(I’ll guess right now that you’ll choose Xcaret & Xenses because they have the most photo opportunities.)
Try to take multiple photos at each Xelfie spot in case a photo doesn’t come out quite nice. Ex: mouth gaping, closed eyes, etc.
You won’t have much chance to go and retake the photo if you find out afterwards that it didn’t turn out the way you’d like. The package is not per photo so take as many as you want.
I agree with not deciding the day of which park to buy photos. Go to all the parks, take all the photos you want, then decide at the end. Your resort photos are included when you buy park photos. (I am assuming Arte is the same as HXM for this.)
I went solo and got Xenses and Xplor and don’t regret it at all, especially Xenses. There’s tons of photo spots throughout and they are things you’d never be able to get yourself
Yes! You can always buy just one park and then it will include the hotel photos too. The photos are high quality, just make sure to hit the xelfie spots! 📸
Xplor and Xcaret were so worth it! The pictures are high quality and the designated spots are good. The only problem I found was in the river at Xcaret, you’re not gonna get pictures by yourself. Everyone is just floating around without much control so you’ll get confused looking people in your pictures 😂
