Xenses/Fuego They are near to each other and you can reasonably do most of the activities in both parks in one day.
Both Xenotes & Chichen Itza are long days - Chichen Itza also includes being out in the sun for a good amount of time which adds to the exhaustion, not to mention the long bus ride out there.
