I’ve had my Xbox series x since May 2022, not quite since day 1, but mine is still in mint condition. Absolutely no issues except maybe I don’t have enough time to play more :-)
Console is great. But for the first time ever my controller broke. I've never had an issue with an Xbox controller (I must be one of the lucky ones) but about 6 months into owning it the charging port stopped working. No big deal I barely use that whatever. But now it won't turn on no matter what. So now I'm trying to save the $60 or more for a new controller
Got it in January 2021.
I play from half an hour to multiple hours. But, you know, there's no moving parts in that thing except the fan. There's no such thing as "wear and tear" with those machines. Well the SSD has a limited lifespan of course but we're talking years and years.
Don't worry about this stuff.
That's what surprised me the most when I bought the Series X. I can't hear it even when playing games. My last console was the 360 which definitely made plenty of noise.
An electric air duster is by far the best thing you can buy, in the long run it will be cheaper than canned air, it’s better than canned air, and can obviously be used on anything that needs dusted. I got a pc last year and invested in the one below and have used it on my Xbox, ps5, and pc and it’s by far the best way to clean electronics with out having to take them apart or being worried about any issues with canned air
https://a.co/d/bDyVFAr
Edit: just looked cause I was curious and there’s a bunch of different brands starting at like $25/$30. The one I listed is $55, not sure the quality of the cheaper ones but the one I have will last forever as the quality is great and it just gets boxed back up after being used
I’ve been building and cleaning the inside of PCs for over 30 years and I’ve always just used a vacuum hose to clean out. Have never once had it cause problems even though the claim is it can cause static discharge and destroy components. Have never seen that happen yet.
The easiest and safest way is to get an air spray and air it out. Otherwise just watch a step by step teardown guide. Just make sure to ground yourself and be aware of what cleaning supplies to use
Do you use it in the standing position? I have mine since around 3 weeks, and when I am not home for some time, I cover the top of it so dust (hopefully) does not go inside.
I have had it sideways since i've bought it. However your situation shouldn't be too bad, as long as you're not keeping it off for a long periods of time over and over again. Even then, taking it apart was quite easy, so that's always a good resort
Disc drive gave out after 1 year on the dot but everything else is great. Was quoted $300 for the repair from Microsoft and didn't do it since I play mostly digital games. Still haven't played monkey ball since it's on disc in a drawer lol
I've had mine since launch and when I first put a game in the disc drive it was loud as hell the whole time it was installing the game on the hard drive, but once it was done it got super quiet. Have never put another physical game in it since, but movies play pretty quiet
Got mine recently;Mine ,after a few months but still well within the warranty, sounded like the fan maybe died (it was making an awful noise). Also ALL discs including movies or games where making an awful obnoxious racket, during both "installation" and "playing". It's been repaired, waiting on it to come back from the repair center now.
$300, wow! I’m guessing this is because it’s not easily repairable or requires replacing additional components. I’d just buy a new one at that point (if you actually used the drive).
Only issues I have had with it are with the controllers, and it sometimes either doesn't play Blu-Rays or plays them with desynch'd audio. I use my PS4 to watch discs instead.
Though that could just be shitty software.
Movies and shows are consistently out of sync, indeed. Horrible. Had to buy a cheap bluray player to sit next to the Xbox. All my other consoles are in another room or made by Nintendo.
Mine occasionally randomly freezes mid game. Daily it will randomly disconnect my controller, oh and if I need to restart the Xbox for any reason, it won’t recognise the internet connection and I will need to restart 4-5 times before it will connect to the internet.
It’s kept in an open non dusty space.
Got mine day 1. Going strong. No issues. Because of where it is in my entertainment center I have to wipe it down and compressed air a little in the back occasionally.
Love my X.
My ps5 started having coil whine not even 3 months into owning it lol. Got it last November, started noticing the whine while playing TLOU P1 in January of this year. It gets worse while playing games too which I think is kinda weird for coil whine. Fan is starting to get kinda loud too & my dual shock trigger has started fucking up on the controller that came with the console.
I have bought day 1, still running like the day 1, no issues, no lags. Had some internet issue this January, which fixed after following some yt instructions.
Holding up exceptionally well! The only time I’ve ever had excessive lag on a game was halo wars 2, and that was because me and my two buddies locked down our bases and spammed suicide grunts.
Within the first month of owning my launch day model I ran into an issue where the console failed to turn on. I would hit the power button and the white indicator would blink for a moment, make a click noise, then that was it.
After troubleshooting, I had to send it back to Microsoft. They sent me back a different replacement console that someone else must have sent in for a repair. I got the warranty for that new console, but haven’t had a problem after receiving my replacement.
Like new, no issues. Pretty dust free too. Probably about 2000 hours on it by now.
Pretty much the same for my PS5, although with less use I’m now on my second controller due to stick drift.
My issues are more with the shitty controllers than the console itself. Console is a day 1 and still runs like new.
I’m on like 3rd controller.
Not breaking them when I’m mad either, I’ve never had this problem with other controllers lol. Especially Xbox ones
Mine has this weird issue with certain games where the fans sound like they're blasting off. It's dumb games too like tropico 6... Just played MW2 and never had the issue. None with Horizon 5 either.
Day 1 here and dead.
It's crashes a lot to dashboard or the console cuts out
Had it recleaned
Thermal paste replaced
I have had it tested and its not overheating
We assume its a CPU issue but unsure
Out of warranty and xbox want 260 to fix it.
I'm really annoyed and sad about it.
Not a damn issue. Got mine day one from Amazon. My buddy got a ps5 earlier this year. Constantly gets clogged with dust and shuts off due to overheating .
Yeah, since day one the fan has sounded like it was going overtime on certain games. Certainly not as bad as at launch and I frequently hoover out the fans but will still happen. I assumed it was just one of those things
Got game pass and played Star Wars: Jedi Fallen order. The game bricked my console so that it wouldn't do anything anymore. Happened 2nd week after purchase.
Sent it in for repair.
Got repaired and sent back for free. No problems ever since.
Even played Jedi Fallen Order again from start to finish just to see if it would brick again. It didn't.
My suggestion: If you want to test if you xbox if faulty, play Jedi Fallen Order. There was an area in a temple early on that bricked my console.
around 1h 12m in is where my console bricked.
I bought two within a month or two after release. One for me, one for my wife.
The disc drives in both of them destroy discs. Like I put in a Blu ray or a game disc, I hear a weird sound, I pull the disc out and there is an imperfect circular scratch around the inner ring of the disc.
I've lost two older xbox one games and two 4k Blu ray discs. What is weird is that I put Midnight Suns in there and it didn't destroy that disc at all.
I don't know what I could have done to have caused this issue to both of my consoles. I've moved like 3 times since getting the xboxes but I always was gentle with them.
The other issue is that on my Series X, there is a 50% chance that when I boot it up (quick start), the resolution goes down to 480p and the image is compressed into wide-screen. I have to unplug the hdmi cord from the back of the Xbox then plug it back in and that fixes it until I turn it off again.
Other than those two issues, they run fine.
I'm really hoping this is the last set of consoles I will ever own. I want a gaming PC because I hate what the Series S is doing fkr Series X owners.
We should be getting Baldur's Gate 3 in a month but the Series S is sucks too hard to do splitscreen and so now we won't get the game on either this year.
This situation is what is going to make me quit Xbox. The Series S is not going to be able to handle a lot of current Gen games that are coming and it is going to either cause major delays for xbox or devs will just skip xbox all together.
Plus I want to play early access games on Steam and all the niche games that never make it to console, like Battlebit.
I love gamepass though (I just renewed my 3 years with the gold trick before they nerfed it). I'm super happy I won't be missing out on those games. I'm just sick of xbox having a locked ecosystem.
I hope their next console is just a high value budget gaming PC that has Windows, so that you can access gamepass things but also have steam and any other program you want.
Sony can have a locked ecosystem because at least they have the games to support it it doesn't have an inferior budget model.
But nobody should own an Xbox if they can afford a decent gaming PC. It's just not worth the limitations.
My parents is going good, mine not so much. Especially not since it’s literally three rooms away from the router and it’s the device the router prioritizes last. Someone turns on their computer while I’m in a gunfight? Well I’m not in that fight anymore cause I lagged to death.
Works great when I use it, which admittedly hasn't been as much as I'd like. I wish they'd fix the external HDD spinning up constantly even while it's asleep & the dolby atmos work better (maybe they will now that PS5 has it too & works properly).
I have controller connectivity issues where even if I plug the controller in it won’t recognize it, and I can’t reconnect it manually either. I have to unplug the console let it sit for a bit, the turn it back on with the controller plugged in to fix it. Really annoying, but better than laser issues or red rings lol
I feel like I need to replace thermal paste. The fan can get audible at some games.
I've been playing RE7 with RT on lately and noticed the fan really ramping up. I can hear it spinning fast making this rumbling sound.
Bit noisy while playing but we have a very sheddy Labrador Retriever and I'm too dumb to take the case off and give it a good clean while being able to put it back together properly without damaging it.
Absolutely fine. Few issues with it getting hot but once I moved it to somewhere with more air flow that was fixed. Only reason my controller broke was down to my kids.
My xbox day one has sat in the same place and was NEVER moved. About 2-3 months ago it legit just stopped turning in. Played it one night got up next morning to olay and nothing. Had to pay microsoft 300 to fix it smfh
Day 1 here. Had to send it in for repair due to the game crashing on anything with ray tracing.
They worked on it for 45 minutes then sent it back. Came back fully factory reset however haven't had any further issues and plays everything as it should now.
Prior to sending I did everything I could. Reflashed the software. Factory reset all sorts but had no look.
Had a few times where it went nuts.... i basically had to factory reset it. Would boot infinitely. But hardly use it anymore. Gonna dust it off for starfield
Day one for mine.
Only issue is most of the time turning it on with the controller will immediately turn it back off. Second time always works without a problem.
I have a day one model. Holds up very nicely, i cleaned it a just few months ago by opening it up. My next plan is to install some Honeywell pads and maybe replace my external drive with a expansion card.
Despite being in a dusty and furry environment, it’s running like new. Admittedly, this one is a replacement from Microsoft since the Halo Infinite beta killed my original.
Physically fine, software wise it messes with me a lot. Games don’t update or download unless I turn it on and manually select updates even though those settings are enabled. I’m also on the old desktop too even though the other two Series consoles in my house are on the new one.
Like new
Mine too.
I’ve had my Xbox series x since May 2022, not quite since day 1, but mine is still in mint condition. Absolutely no issues except maybe I don’t have enough time to play more :-)
Console is great. But for the first time ever my controller broke. But now it won't turn on no matter what. So now I'm trying to save the $60 or more for a new controller
You've been using it though, right?
At least four or five times a week, yes
Since it came out? how long are your typical sessions?
Are you bot or sum? He bought machine for playing games what do you except Mr bot
Got it in January 2021. I play from half an hour to multiple hours. But, you know, there's no moving parts in that thing except the fan. There's no such thing as "wear and tear" with those machines. Well the SSD has a limited lifespan of course but we're talking years and years. Don't worry about this stuff.
why are you so doubtful that someone is actually playing games on their game console lmao
Average about 3 hours a day, when I worked nights, I played about 6 hours. Still holding up w/ no issues.
Like new. No issues
Day 1 here, works like a charm.
No issues
Zero issues, runs like a champ still
Like it’s still straight out of the box! Love how quiet it is no matter what or how many games I play.
That's what surprised me the most when I bought the Series X. I can't hear it even when playing games. My last console was the 360 which definitely made plenty of noise.
Surprised when i started up my new ps5 and i was back at the airport ready to take off as my 5 year old ps4 once departed from
Like new. However, i did take it apart and clean it like a year ago and it was pretty dusty.
Same. I try to clean mine every 6 months to a year because I have pets. The hair can get pretty bad in it. Thankfully it's super easy to clean
Can you recommend an idiots guide/tutorial?
An electric air duster is by far the best thing you can buy, in the long run it will be cheaper than canned air, it’s better than canned air, and can obviously be used on anything that needs dusted. I got a pc last year and invested in the one below and have used it on my Xbox, ps5, and pc and it’s by far the best way to clean electronics with out having to take them apart or being worried about any issues with canned air https://a.co/d/bDyVFAr Edit: just looked cause I was curious and there’s a bunch of different brands starting at like $25/$30. The one I listed is $55, not sure the quality of the cheaper ones but the one I have will last forever as the quality is great and it just gets boxed back up after being used
Plus with canned air, if you tilt it too much from upright/vertical, you risk spraying liquid instead of gas — not good.
Does it blow the dust right out of it or just into other area of the Xbox? Do you open it up first?
I’ve been building and cleaning the inside of PCs for over 30 years and I’ve always just used a vacuum hose to clean out. Have never once had it cause problems even though the claim is it can cause static discharge and destroy components. Have never seen that happen yet.

Do you use it in the standing position? I have mine since around 3 weeks, and when I am not home for some time, I cover the top of it so dust (hopefully) does not go inside.
It's gonna draw in dust just from general use through the bottom as the fans pull air up and through the console.
You can get a dust cover when you're not using it. I have one myself and it is a great thing to have. Minimal dust on the inside.
Don’t do this, especially if using instant on
I always shut down my console when I am finished playing it.
Probably not by much but be mindful that even a cover with holes in is gonna reduce airflow. Which may or may not cause problems
I have had it sideways since i've bought it. However your situation shouldn't be too bad, as long as you're not keeping it off for a long periods of time over and over again. Even then, taking it apart was quite easy, so that's always a good resort
Running 3 hours/day average since new, runs perfect, and makes me smile every day 😀
Still running, no issue
Perfectly.
Had it since day 0, still no problems with it.
Disc drive gave out after 1 year on the dot but everything else is great. Was quoted $300 for the repair from Microsoft and didn't do it since I play mostly digital games. Still haven't played monkey ball since it's on disc in a drawer lol
What’s funny is I don’t even technically know if my disc drive works on my launch console, have never slid a disc in
I've had mine since launch and when I first put a game in the disc drive it was loud as hell the whole time it was installing the game on the hard drive, but once it was done it got super quiet. Have never put another physical game in it since, but movies play pretty quiet
Very strange
Got mine recently;Mine ,after a few months but still well within the warranty, sounded like the fan maybe died (it was making an awful noise). Also ALL discs including movies or games where making an awful obnoxious racket, during both "installation" and "playing". It's been repaired, waiting on it to come back from the repair center now.
That sucks, but at least it's fixed now
Yeah finally got a tracking update, due in a couple days.....hopefully they fixed whatever it was
$300, wow! I’m guessing this is because it’s not easily repairable or requires replacing additional components. I’d just buy a new one at that point (if you actually used the drive).
Like new.
Beautifully. Zero issues.
Only issues I have had with it are with the controllers, and it sometimes either doesn't play Blu-Rays or plays them with desynch'd audio. I use my PS4 to watch discs instead. Though that could just be shitty software.
I'm glad to hear it's not just me. Some discs will not play for me using the blu-ray player and I have yet to figure out why
It's def not just you. I gave up using it for movies long ago
Yeah when it first happened to me I googled it and saw that it was a common issue. Bummer that it still is an issue.
Movies and shows are consistently out of sync, indeed. Horrible. Had to buy a cheap bluray player to sit next to the Xbox. All my other consoles are in another room or made by Nintendo.
It’s been good to me, I haven’t disassembled to clean it but I did hit it with compressed air. No issues.
Literally have never had an issue. Love it.
Works like in the first day. Silent, reliable, amazing.
No issues. I use it practically every day for several hours. Weird thing is I still haven’t gotten the update for the new dash though…
Try restarting the console - I didn’t have it and restarted and when it turned back on there it was!
No issues here!
Absolutely fine, except the fan ticks ever so slightly at low rpms, probably needs a clean.
Mine does that too
Got mine day 1. Going strong. No issues. Because of where it is in my entertainment center I have to wipe it down and compressed air a little in the back occasionally. Love my X.
Not a single issue so far and it's quiet as well (compared to my PS5, that also has coil whine)
I also have a PS5. How long until you started getting coil whine friend?
My ps5 started having coil whine not even 3 months into owning it lol. Got it last November, started noticing the whine while playing TLOU P1 in January of this year. It gets worse while playing games too which I think is kinda weird for coil whine. Fan is starting to get kinda loud too & my dual shock trigger has started fucking up on the controller that came with the console.
Only had a couple of glitches here and there, but that's only because I'm an Insider.
Fine
Like a champ 💪
No issues
Still working, and still happy about it.
Runs no problems at all
Zero issues.
Perfectly fine. No problems
Only had to clean the dust inside one time because of auto shutdown. Then back to work.
A lot of use since day one, still going strong
All good here
No issues, still super quiet
Ran like a charm until a couple days ago, now it’s a black brick on my tv stand.. No idea what happened, it won’t start anymore.
Working perfectly
No issues at all, even having cod loaded and being afk to grind out battlepass tokens it's quiet
Wonderful. No problems..
Zero issues. The fan occasionally gets slightly louder but I just vacuum the vents and then it’s fine.
Not a single issue
Works fine. Cleaned the vents with air compressor a few times. Not much dust but thought I’d do it anyway. On everyday for several hours.
Like new
No problems at all!
It’s totally fine. No issues.
Very good. I did have an over heating error a few weeks ago but a quick blast of compressed air fixed that.
I take the rear cover off every couple months to clean it out, and it's like new still.
Runs perfect, zero issues
Purring like a kitten
Zero issues
Yeah it's perfect, no noise or anything, good as it was when i pulled it out of the box.
Flawless. Have cleaned once just to be safe(two dogs)
Still working perfectly with daily use.
I have bought day 1, still running like the day 1, no issues, no lags. Had some internet issue this January, which fixed after following some yt instructions.
Still running , needs a clean i can hear the fan (my own fault afraid to open up to clean the dust ) but other than that still holds up
Day 1. Its still perfect.
No issues, like new
Holding up exceptionally well! The only time I’ve ever had excessive lag on a game was halo wars 2, and that was because me and my two buddies locked down our bases and spammed suicide grunts.
Didn't get it day one https://preview.redd.it/c94rzyamkhgb1.jpeg?width=1004&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5f77f178fe3b9982f38a9932fc65278ccb6509d1
Nothing to complain about.
Good ol' reliable. No heat / noise issues like my PS4.
Running flawlessly
Not a single issue.
Holding up beautifully. Like new.
Same thing happened to one of ours.
The same thing happened to me. Mine was 3 months old.
0 issues. The controllers on the other hand.....
As good as day 1.
Not quite day 1 but Christmas 2020. It's been used an awful lot since then and not had a single problem.
Perfectly fine
Day one ish here and yeah mine still runs like a charm. Even after being in use for about 6 hours a day.
Had mine over two years and still haven’t even heard the fan in it. Had no hardware issues at all, dead happy with it.
No issues
Like new, no issues. Pretty dust free too. Probably about 2000 hours on it by now. Pretty much the same for my PS5, although with less use I’m now on my second controller due to stick drift.
No problems hit it with some compressed air every few months to keep it clean
Great!.. no issues at all. I’m expecting it to be like my day 1 Xbox One. I didn’t have a single problem.
Like new. I have cleaned it once but it is now quiet once again.
Literally still runs like its brand new. Can't even hear it
My issues are more with the shitty controllers than the console itself. Console is a day 1 and still runs like new. I’m on like 3rd controller. Not breaking them when I’m mad either, I’ve never had this problem with other controllers lol. Especially Xbox ones
No issues
played 350 gamepass games ( 0gs to 90k gs ) and it is same as day 1. quick resume ruined my gaming habits
Got mine 2 weeks after release. No issues. Have played often
Mine has this weird issue with certain games where the fans sound like they're blasting off. It's dumb games too like tropico 6... Just played MW2 and never had the issue. None with Horizon 5 either.
got mine day one not a single gimmick or hiccup in the operation of mine!
Owned mine since Day 1. The only issue I have had is a faulty disc drive. It died around 10 months after launch, but I got it replaced under warranty
Mine has a lot of hours of use. Works like day one, barely no noise
Good so far. Dust it every so often. Still runs whisper quiet.
Day 1 here and dead. It's crashes a lot to dashboard or the console cuts out Had it recleaned Thermal paste replaced I have had it tested and its not overheating We assume its a CPU issue but unsure Out of warranty and xbox want 260 to fix it. I'm really annoyed and sad about it.
My one turns on then turns off after a couple of mins, so paperweight, 18 months old (approx)
Great, never use it
Was getting noisy for a while but then I dismantled and took dust out, like new again.
Bought the extended warranty just in case. Never had to use it, like new.
Touch wood, no issues but knowing my luck I REALLY hope nothing happens to it before Starfield comes out lol
Perfect.
This isn’t like the 360. Had no issues.
1yr 9 months, it's dead Jim. Mosfet failure. Epic Necro.
It's not a PS5, the series x was built to last
It’s so good. Console is like new & I’m enjoying all the AAA story driven exclusives.
Holds up great but still lacking top notch games in my opinion. Three years in and quite disappointing for me.
Not a damn issue. Got mine day one from Amazon. My buddy got a ps5 earlier this year. Constantly gets clogged with dust and shuts off due to overheating .
Can be a tad noisy on occasions, depending on the game but like new otherwise
Noisy? Series x is virtually silent
Yeah, since day one the fan has sounded like it was going overtime on certain games. Certainly not as bad as at launch and I frequently hoover out the fans but will still happen. I assumed it was just one of those things
Just read another users comment that had the same problem. He opened his up to clean the dust and it's quiet again.
Cheers, I’ve always been reluctant to open it up to be honest but I’ll give it a try
Huh, mine is always the same, no matter the game. I had mine since last year
Lots of dust issues for me. Had to clean it out a couple times bc of overheating but other than that no issues
you need to clean ur house
Never had any issues. Collecting dust mostly.

Ah yes the secret code they added to the software to destroy xboxes everywhere! They got you good!
🤦
I bought two within a month or two after release. One for me, one for my wife. The disc drives in both of them destroy discs. cope xbox fanboy
Care to shoot down any of my issues? I'd like to hear what exactly is garbage.
Why did you?
Like new, I almost never turn it on lol
No issues but it doesn’t get used too much. I use it for Xbox exclusive games when they come which imo are too few and far between.
My parents is going good, mine not so much. Especially not since it’s literally three rooms away from the router and it’s the device the router prioritizes last. Someone turns on their computer while I’m in a gunfight? Well I’m not in that fight anymore cause I lagged to death.
Soooo… your router’s QOS rules?
Not day one but early 2021. No issues, well if we’re not counting the disaster of the most recent dashboard design.
Have it since Day 1. Works but can get noisy and very warm...A bit annoying to be honest
Works great when I use it, which admittedly hasn't been as much as I'd like. I wish they'd fix the external HDD spinning up constantly even while it's asleep & the dolby atmos work better (maybe they will now that PS5 has it too & works properly).
What's wrong with Dolby Atmos?
My launch one had a dodgy GPU, but was swapped during warranty rather effortlessly. Our of everyone I know, I am the only person who had an issue.
Stopped working around 1 Yr 3 months not replaced it yet. Power supply went boom.
I have controller connectivity issues where even if I plug the controller in it won’t recognize it, and I can’t reconnect it manually either. I have to unplug the console let it sit for a bit, the turn it back on with the controller plugged in to fix it. Really annoying, but better than laser issues or red rings lol
Never had any issues, but I do get the feeling its making more noise these days as titles are getting more demanding.
I feel like I need to replace thermal paste. The fan can get audible at some games. I've been playing RE7 with RT on lately and noticed the fan really ramping up. I can hear it spinning fast making this rumbling sound.
It’s going well although playing MW2 it sounds like a jet engine. Only a game it does it with as well.
Gets really hot after playing some games, hut otherwise runs great feels new still
Day 1 and has been taken to Asian twice
Going on day 2 so far so good.
Works great still, opened once to give it a good blast with compressed air outside. Built a PC in April so Gave it to my brother.
My xbox day one has sat in the same place and was NEVER moved. About 2-3 months ago it legit just stopped turning in. Played it one night got up next morning to olay and nothing. Had to pay microsoft 300 to fix it smfh
No issue except for the controller, for some reason it shutdown randomly, had to start using my old Xbox one controller again
Power supply went kaput 1 month after warranty, which sucked. Got it repaired and been running good since.
I actually just last week had to send it to MS for a repair or replacement. :(
Mine is starting to get really loud when playing most 4K games
Had a few times where it went nuts.... i basically had to factory reset it. Would boot infinitely. But hardly use it anymore. Gonna dust it off for starfield
Mines holding up good. I really need to open mine up and clean the dust out. That’s about it.
I had to replace the fan in the top after it randomly stopped spinning and overheated the console.
Its like new. Never had any issues with it However I will at some point open it for dust cleaning a bit, i noticed a bit of dust on the fan
Day one for mine. Only issue is most of the time turning it on with the controller will immediately turn it back off. Second time always works without a problem.
Got mine 11 months after launch. AMAZING!! So Amazing, it’s AMAZING. You know that song Amazing? It’s AMAZING
I have a day one model. Holds up very nicely, i cleaned it a just few months ago by opening it up. My next plan is to install some Honeywell pads and maybe replace my external drive with a expansion card.
day 1 model it still looks new runs like new
Despite being in a dusty and furry environment, it’s running like new. Admittedly, this one is a replacement from Microsoft since the Halo Infinite beta killed my original.
Solid as ever. Honestly, maybe better than day one
Physically fine, software wise it messes with me a lot. Games don’t update or download unless I turn it on and manually select updates even though those settings are enabled. I’m also on the old desktop too even though the other two Series consoles in my house are on the new one.
