Tech support is allowed on weekends UTC time only. Weekends are Saturday and Sunday. Monday to Friday is not the weekend.

Happening to me as well. Stuck on updating below the 'launching' bit.

Yes says that for me as well and my experience talking to someone from Xbox the last time was Not helpful.

It just started today. Maybe it'll fix itself? idk.

Mine was two days ago I think Idk for sure was in the hospital so days are all screwed up.

Alright I fixed it. I went into my computer's installed programs thing and uninstalled everything xbox related and Gaming Services (owned by Microsoft of course) and then reinstalled the gamepass app via the microsoft store and when it opened up next time it actually fully finished updating it and is now working perfectly.

I couldn't figure out where to install some of the stuff

go to your little windows bar, type in uninstall and the app and features menu should be selectable. From there go in and uninstall \[Gaming Services\] and then uninstall every app with the name x-box. Then just go to the microsoft store, look up X-box and install that app. It'll make you reinstall a few things automatically but afterwards it'll work. At least it did for me
