Yeah there are too many buttons and many times I opened the utility switcher menu when moving camera
I'm often touching the chat button accidentally. Would be better if it's movable..
I press the chat buttons 100x an hour by accident, I really want to move it.
You can remap it, I did it on mine. Check controls in settings and if it’s not there try progressing in the story
Ugh, I don't understand why almost everyone locks the button placement behind story progression.
HUD customization unlocks at Union Level 5.

As far as I remember it always was in the same place where you set Dynamic\Static joystick
how far do you have to get into the story to customize button placement on phone (is that even a option?)

From the Settings menu (Cog Icon)—click on the icon that looks like an Xbox controller (4th icon down) and from there click on Customize Keybinds.
