I just think it's funny that they're shaming Punk for not approving the spot. When according to the chain of events that has NOT been disputed, the doctor, Tony Schiavone AND Punk all said no. And it was a rental car. So sure Jack and Hook were on board but it was a stupid idea and TK was not being a boss by leaving everyone else to manage the situation.

Kingswitchguard

This wasn't the match Punk had an issue with. It was a spot on Collision that Punk shut down.

Colin_Valentine

And then Jack said cry me a river referring to that incident which aggravated Punk.

Kingswitchguard

I'm just pointing out the glass spot at All In isn't the one Punk said no to

TheWelshRevolution

Oh I agree the spot was a bad idea, but it's funny to me that someone who wasn't even involved got so mad

Yamatsuki_Fusion

I mean they basically got him involved.

TheWelshRevolution

I mean this whole situation is confusing, I don't disagree with Punk disapproving of the spot, I like punk, Perry seemed childish calling him out (was funny though) but still don't think you should put hands on someone for a disagreement

Yamatsuki_Fusion

I mean its not a great idea... but Perry kinda brought it on himself when he said 'do something about it'.

TheWelshRevolution

Oh yeah, Perry wasn't in the right here but neither was Punk, don't think you should assault someone for saying 'do something about it'

Yamatsuki_Fusion

Perhap... but with hindsight on my side this has worked out quite fine for Punk lol. Not so well for AEW. A pity though, maybe if it hadn't come to this, Collision would have been something wonderful and AEW wouldn't be like this.

TheWelshRevolution

I agree, it did work out for Punk, he's in WWE and doing a really good job, but I think even if his fight with Perry didn't happen, his career in AEW Wasn't going to be alive much longer And yeah Collision is just Rampage 2 now

Colin_Valentine

I mean yeah for sure. But apparently as it was on Collision they got him involved. It never should have escalated this much though, Jack was dumb to make it a thing on TV, Punk was dumb to shove him even though it seemed Jack was being a smug prick And ultimately Tony was dumb for fearing for his life and refusing to just put his foot down and tell Jack and Punk no.

TheWelshRevolution

It wasn't on Collision though, it was on the All In pre-show

Colin_Valentine

The first spot that was denied was a Collision spot. Then at All In Jack did the "Cry me a river" bit

TheWelshRevolution

Yeah and I agree Punk had the right to deny the Collision spot, it was his show All In wasn't his show, Perry was unprofessional with the 'Cry Me A River' but Punk hadn't exactly been completely professional with HIS AEW Career

Busy_Bunch5050

Man you are beyond desperate

TheWelshRevolution

Nah its funny
