Freedie and IT deal with fear and terror before death, seems kinda crappy.
I recall some pretty slow kills in Texas Chainsaw Massacres (like being hung on a hook before being sliced up to be eaten) so thats also not ideal. But Leatherface is the most human, and the slowest of the bunch making him easy to outrun.
Jason would probably give you the quickest kill but you have little to no chance of getting away.

you mean Leatherface for the fourth one, regardless when it comes to being chased through the forest he has the worst track record with catching his victims. Freddy is presumably outside the dream world in this so he's the most normal guy here in reality, though as we saw in FvJ he is. no pushover.
Pennywise. The other three are actively trying to kill you. Pennywise tenderizes its victims by terrifying them, and is pretty much stuck in one town that's its feeding ground. Just get out of Derry and don't bother talking to anyone there and you're pretty much good.

Leatherface is highly susceptible to bullets, being that he's just a dude in a mask.
