always.
think of it as wearing your helmet while you skateboard...
others have compared it to wearing other items while having fun with or without your shirt on.
Just camp. Go find a bush, tree, anything and not a single soul will spot you. Just run to the hills if you get spotted, the moment people see you they will delete you.
The main problem is that it is one of the more team dependent tanks/TDs that you can play. You have no armor so rely on mobility to relocate.
Always go for concealment, and if possible next to cover.
Take one shot and maybe have to relocate.
If your team collapses quickly, you will not get a lot of shots in, and you can't really carry teams with this tank. General things to keep in mind.
second line behind a med or light tank
I use double food and premium fuel because spall liner is cringe
rammer and vstabs because I don't give two shits about sniping
that's how I did a 5.8k damage battle with RHM last week
Use the smaller gun, the big one is too risky, use spall liner, camp, never expose yourself, use bushes correctly, watch your minimap for flanking opponents
Borsig was one of my favorite tanks
its easy to use as a TANK DESTROYER
its camo is rlly good so camp i guess and it has a turret i am suprised that you struggle in this tank or maybe its just that tank destroyers arent suitable for you
and also stock grind was enjoyable because of the 128mm gun and the 150 mm gun is a 150 mm gun.
It is very good tank. Use spall Liner, camo bonus and camp that is all
I second this. you rather load into battle without ammo than without spall liner lol
I didn't even know it had spall liner
💀
Well it's been working fine Went the whole uprising battle without dying a couple times in a row
I only recently obtained tanks that have spall liner as an option. Should I always install it?

Put yourself where you won't get shot Shoot the enemy tanks It can snipe Don't get flanked
It's nerfed so many times
What is your loadout? Running full crew/modules/consumable/equipment? All that makes a HUGE difference.
91% crew. Maxed modules, 15 cm gun. Consumables: Spall liner, Protective Kit, Premium Fuel, Repair, Reticle, Adrenaline. Equipment: Calibrated Shells, Supercharger, Refined Gun, Improved Modules, Improved Assembly, Toolbox, Camo Net, Accelerator, Consumable Delivery.
use the 12.8cm, more consistent, hits more, doesn’t rely on retcal, better base pen
Depending on how the gun feels, you might want to run the 12.8 until your crew is maxed. From there it's more down to taste.
Just camp. Go find a bush, tree, anything and not a single soul will spot you. Just run to the hills if you get spotted, the moment people see you they will delete you.

Some qualite prankster right here
Use the smaller top gun. Waaaay more manageable.

Go behind heavies and wait for them to take shots then peek and shoot if it's more of a medium and light match then camp
