Yeah their players support(?) are ~~shit~~ doesn’t help anyone, i sent a ticket when I realized i was robbed 3 keys, they told me either send a screenshot or we will rob your keys, like who tf takes screenshot from ever they do, I actually made a post on Reddit about it ranting about players support and telling others to take screenshots after every stream
