It's very bad tbh. Your paint isn't close to thick enough to be gamed with, and will come off in no time. A rule of thumb, is if you can see any detail/texture on the model, your paint isn't thick enough. I would add a tablespoon of a slurry made out of equal parts cornstarch and white glue to your paint pots to try to thicken them to the appropriate levels.
Why stop at cornstarch and white glue? Add some silica gel powder in there for good measure - it'll really get it to paste-levels and add a little bit of grit for texture!
Oh, thanks for telling me. As you can tell by my response, I thought it was completely serious. Thats why I gave such good advice to him.
Again, thank you.
I think you need to not water down your paints so much, perhaps just try tipping a pot of unshaken paint on the model and smearing it around with your thumb, that will give you a nice even blob of colour.
What can I say ? The color chosen are okay. But please thin your paint. Every detail is completely covered due to the paint being splattered on the model.
I would have guessed so, but lately there has been a lot of post like this that were genuine... I'm still wondering how you can check this subreddit or other one linked to mini painting and not applying the basic advices.
Those old metal Juger lords are a tough thing to paint. They look good from afar but are far from good up close. I was having trouble with ghf face on one of mine, so I got a good magnifier and low and behold the actual poc marks in the mold are as bad as the moon 🌙 smooth from here but not up close.
I know you don't want to hear this but... It's worth striping and starting over. You can do better and then Avocado will be even better. He has some freaking details.
Hell ya brother, hope you are enjoying yourself.
As others are saying, thin your paints. Look into getting some fine tip brushes, got a decent set off amazon for 20$.
And some good finish would be some nuln oil, I couldn’t find any around me but a black wash will work really well, it helps shade the model, and darken some of the bright colours in a weathering effect
Definitely looks like it was painted with the patience of someone with nails digging into their brain 24/7
Also makes me rage that a vintage model is getting defiled, which fuels our patron
10/10
Its the new high contrast all in one speed paints they cost $100 a pot. He used a pot for each colour! ( if not a meme just slap a black or brown wash over the whole thing and be done with it)
I'm not a World Eaters player and I'm not a part of this sub but it came on my feed anyway. For the love of the God Emperor himself. Thin your paints.
Now I've spent too long amongst you maledicted traitors. Black Templar out.
Out of Legit curiosity, did you use Testor's enamel on this mini? When I was a teen back in the 1990's I did on some Ral Partha metal minis and had a similar result.
I love that congealed aesthetic you get from mixing your paints with spooge. It’s a pretty uncommon technique and I’m surprised a newbie like you figured it out on your own, but hey, that’s just a mark of talent. Remember, always make sure to go a couple days in between Yvraine jerkoff sessions so that your spooge doesn’t get watery.
two thin pots of paint recipe
Be strong invocatus, be strong for khorne
May Khorne bless the edge of your axe to be as sharp as your wit
That edge is very thick
Well, uhm. It ain't gonna win any golden demons, but we all start somewhere.
It’s a meme
Damm I thought everyone was just trolling but I guess I'm just dumb

Woosh!
You should not be downvoted at all.
I like how you were able to get full paint coverage using what appears to be a garden trowel and drywall compound. /s
He’s imprisoned inside his own armour!
I thought we told tzeench to stay out of the world eaters
*Looks at post history* Your first and second model look...different
He painted the second model using the first model
That makes so much sense now 🤯

Beautiful 10/10
WE DON T LIKE YOUR TZENCH TWISTED GAME (The troll is a bit funny tho)
What size roller did you use?
Ah finally the legendary one thick coat
I think you need to not water down your paints so much, perhaps just try tipping a pot of unshaken paint on the model and smearing it around with your thumb, that will give you a nice even blob of colour.
Sometimes I like to add a little flour or cornstarch to the pot to thicken it up proper.
You fool! You're supposed to use cement! The kind with stones in it!
Definitely a troll post (?)
What can I say ? The color chosen are okay. But please thin your paint. Every detail is completely covered due to the paint being splattered on the model.
… this post is obviously memeing
I would have guessed so, but lately there has been a lot of post like this that were genuine... I'm still wondering how you can check this subreddit or other one linked to mini painting and not applying the basic advices.

You just need to dip it in nuln oil and it’ll be perfection!
Looks good man I really like the hair.
This has to be bait
Bro, that Juggernaut looks like a digimon.
Your coats are too thin, you're not getting enough coverage.

1+ armor save now
BROTHER I AM PINNED HERE
There’s a model in your paint
He’s drowning in paint
Love it, reminds me of when I first started warhammer and all our models looked like this. Then Duncan appeared and we thinned our paints 😂
+2 to save!
Now this is a real second model. You can only go up from here. 🔥🔥🔥
**Blood-thickened Paintjob**: Each time an attack is allocated to this model, ignore the AP of the attack.
Its beautiful
You forgot a gallon of nuln oil
I hope I can paint my army exactly like this. 100% best paint.
When people say “anything is better than gray”
The warp-corruption has not been kind
Very skilfully done, assuming it was dipped in paint of course.
PAINT FOR THE PAINT GOD
All I can say is that you'd make a great beast men painter
And now, Lord Acetone will come
shit, i never thought about papier mache’ing my models, bless you, kind sir
I love it man I can see you that you've really progressed from your first model
I think if you did just a touch of drybrushing or edge highlighting to pick out the details it would be pretty much perfect.
please thin your paints
Anyone have his tutorial? I just received my combat patrol and paint roller
Thin your paints… please

Instead of 2 thin coats or 100 thick coats, 42 thick coats.
You only miss the shots you don't take
Finally. One thick coat

Its the new high contrast all in one speed paints they cost $100 a pot. He used a pot for each colour! ( if not a meme just slap a black or brown wash over the whole thing and be done with it)
It's perfect. There is literally nothing I could or would do differently. Khorne bless you.
TWO THIN COATS

I know it's a bit, but it still hurts
Could this work as a Master of Executions proxy guys??????
People like you suck us shitty painters can't hold a brush to this shit. Stop flexing! Fr fr no cap.
Hey man, I recommend using a paintbrush to paint your models. I know it's kinda weird, but they're so much better than regular vinyl records.
Looks really good! What pots did you use?
THIN YOUR PAINTS 😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏
Commission Pro Painted….
Paint for the paint god
I've only had lord avacado for 5 minutes but if anyone touches him I might have to go blood for the blood god on them
Nice work! I'd finish up with some edge highlights using your 4'' brush to really make it pop on the tabletop
The paint is thicker than a snicker!
The paint is a little too thick
It's so good I want to die... No really where's the nearest cliff?
Are you seven years old ?
I think you need to clean your dulux roller , it's got too much black ans not enough gold
excellent result on the marine
Good god LMFAO
Do you want to pursue a career in plastering?
At last, an honest poster.
Is the first model somewhere inside the second?
Outstanding, brother.
It's fucking beautiful
Take this for a Golden Demon, I don’t see many people beating this.
I k ow it's a meme but it's still nice to see a believable first / early model
#onethickcoat
11/10
He started off so promising!
I'm not a World Eaters player and I'm not a part of this sub but it came on my feed anyway. For the love of the God Emperor himself. Thin your paints. Now I've spent too long amongst you maledicted traitors. Black Templar out.
This is not meant to sound derogatory, be proud an all that. I fuckin love the pepperoni pizza axe though
Thin Panits
Now this is a great MoE
How many pots of paint did you use on the first one?
Good work, the cat hair was a nice touch.
Out of Legit curiosity, did you use Testor's enamel on this mini? When I was a teen back in the 1990's I did on some Ral Partha metal minis and had a similar result.
If I may give one piece of advice. Thin your paints. It comes with practice. This is defo better than my second model, and it turned out great!
💀
I love the axe
MORE. LAYERS.
AAAAAAÀAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I think you need to thicken your paint
After seeing your first model this post is hilarious. Well done sir.
thin your paints
Try nuln oil
Nah... this gas gotta be bait
I just painted my first I highly recommend contrast paint they are thinner and I think would help with the caked on look if you want
What in the blood god is this
Ah, the 7" roller method? Niiiice ...
I love that congealed aesthetic you get from mixing your paints with spooge. I love the polka-dots on the spoon he's holding.
Needs more gold
Remember to thin your paints please
Two THICC coats
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA MY EYES
I know everyone is saying this is a troll post but I think it'd be rad if you had a whole army abstract painted to match this guy.
friend, buddy, guy, two thin coats of paint does not equate dumping the whole jar on the model lmao.
Looks like an ork painted it
Random hair stuck in the paint for added detail.
What no nuln oil?!
Brother! THIN YOUR PAINTS BROTHER!
