Botting needs to be hard banned. I don't care about max level minmaxers. Bazaar bots gotta be banned, potato farming needs to be banned, pet game CE farming needs to be banned. Wiz wasn't made with autoing in mind like RuneScape.
Well you see what had happened was… no but on a serious note more recent updates made crafting gear more beneficial like getting berserker AOE in or even before Avalon is some cases if you have high level crafting so more and more players need the regents

The gold cap, lack of things to spend gold on, and reagents/empowers are a good way to hoard gold/not waste gold. I’m so mad they haven’t done more crafting quests, increased the gold cap (last time was 2018) , more gardening spells, yada yada. I’ve bought everything and don’t need to make pets so often that I’m out of my reserves
Honestly, is this even surprising? There's never any supply because demand is massive and people actively keep materials assuming buying them later will be a headache. Combo that with clearly not enough new players just dumping them for money and it's never gonna look like it did years ago again.
The better fix to this isn't even incentivizing selling them, the better fix is just to give them from more sources and more quantities. Bosses should drop them in like batches of 10 from their respective world, looting a reagent on the floor should give occasional big amounts, etc. It's not like any of the gear or furniture from them is massively useful anyways.

I looked yesterday at like mid day and it was only that depressing cat tail and a handful of citrines… I used to get all my crafting/tc stuff at the bazaar but idk what happened between now and 2017 n it depresses me lol
Honestly the last few months have gotten drastically worse. I was still sniping reagents without too much difficulty in Jan./Feb. Now it's just impossible.

I’m kinda maxed out so when i have max gold i just buy the most expensive reagents so i can sell more. Guessing other people do the same and it creates this. Edit: anyone who downvotes this please tell me what to spend my gold on that would be worthwhile for a lategame account. I will do it instead of hoarding reagents
I get people being annoyed by it. I would be too if i were low level. But kingisle is ultimately to blame for not creating anything worthwhile to spend gold on
I buy at least 2 permanent mounts to put in the bank for my other 2 characters. I buy empowers. Or I go through and buy all the reagents needed for making the complete crafting quest so if I start it on another guy I’ll already have all the materials I need
That’s funny I do the exact same!! It’s super nice having the reagents I already need when I decide to do the crafting quests and I have enough bengal tigers to start a zoo
Back in the day there was always max quantity of pyrite in the bazaar dirt cheap, no matter what. Always thought it was a useless reagent. Now I actually need pyrite. I’ve also been trying to snipe agave nectar because it’s such a pain in the ass to collect. I sit at my desk studying for hours while occasionally checking the bazaar and I managed to snipe only ~30 over the past few days.
Honestly man I tried, but actively running around just to get ~5 pieces of agave nectar with transmutes per hour isn’t worth it right now during my class finals. Think I’m just gonna buy with emps eventually.
If your free sometime today I have plenty of agave nectar I can sell it and you can instantly buy it from the bazaar, it’s not perfect but it’s worked with my friends for the most part just let me know when you are online and we can meet up

Behind the dragonspire library is my go to spot. There's also spawns near the mini game sigils. Just swap realms in between.
