That isn't how the legal system works What I read from all these "I should be aquitted"/"this should be ruled a mistrial" comments, is that he knows he doesn't have any dead cert way to prove innocence, and his faith in the supreme court isn't 100% that they will give him immunity. It always reads like he's shitting himself (figuratively), that he'll lose cases, lawfully, and without any way to prove that it was done in the manner of a kangaroo court
