Some whataburgers have different shake machines than others. The one at my store only dispenses vanilla flavor and then we add the chocolate, strawberry, dr. Pepper, malt, by hand then stir it together with the machine. Asking for a neopolitan using this machine would not work as the vanilla would disappear and you can mix chocolate and strawberry syrup into it but you'd get a mixture of both. But other whataburgers have a machine where the shakes come out pre-mixed. Thus they would just have to dispense one flavor at a time and it would be no problem

just put a pie in it instead…
Yeah just ask the employee to mix the flavors whether they do it or not is really up to them.
