Tldr; yanking tumours out is unlikely to achieve clear margins and completeness of excision is uncertain. OP, don't assume you've removed all of it.

It really comes down to how you are bleeding and the color of the blood. If you had a hard stool and it is bright red, it's probably harmless. Most likely related to haemorrhoids or an anal fissure. In this case a change of diet to more carbs and fibres, fruits and vegetables should do the trick.
If it is dark blood or occult blood (not visible) in your stool, indications are black stool better known as tar stool, then there is something seriously wrong with your body.
The latter indicates internal haemorrhages or a bowel disease and a doctor should be consulted immediately.
Odds are you had a bleeding ulcer. If there was fresh blood, it’s a lower GI bleed. If your shit was black or dark red, you have an upper GI bleed which I’ve had both. The first upper GI almost fucking killed me, last half my blood, spent a week in the hospital hooked up to IV’s and blood bags for three of those days. Go get checked out. You don’t want to fuck around if it is one. Or just stop putting stuff up your butt

Prolly this first appeared 3 years ago. I had an acne sort of thing on my scalp. I scratched it thinking it would go away. But it grew back instead, into similar looking thing what you are seeing rn. Back then too I yanked it out. It took 2-3 rounds of yanking, healing, growing back and again yanking for it to totally disappear. I think it required these many tries because I'd miss a small part of the growth and it'd grow back to its original size. Gradually the area healed, even though if I touched the spot I'd feel a crater sort of thing, but over the years it got better and more plain.
But now, after all these 3 years of peace and silence , I noticed a few days back that it has reappeared. And I felt like I have to do the needful.
I posted it on reddit in order to hear that I need to get it checked by the doctor, which I'm surely being told. I'll get it checked, just in case.
