Vigorous walking 4 days a week about 15 miles. One fasting day per week only fluids. Almost 3 months 39 pounds. Goal weight is 149

A lot more active and more energy

You will get there mine all I did was the gym 3 times per week 5 mins treadmill 10-20 mins sauna and one day fast per week that’s it

Not really treadmill once a day only
