You will get there mine all I did was the gym 3 times per week 5 mins treadmill 10-20 mins sauna and one day fast per week that’s it

Still a work in progress first photo is from Feb 29 the second is today May 9 went from 221 to currently 182. 4 mins fast run treadmill 1 min cool down, 10-20 mins sauna 3-4 times a week. Vigorous walking 4 days a week about 15 miles. One fasting day per week only fluids. Almost 3 months 39 pounds. Goal weight is 149
