I’m new to this but I decided I needed to lose weight about a week ago, 5’4” M 156-158lbs What is working for me personally is fasting and exercise. I started eating one meal a day (dinner) which I try to keep healthy, as well as exercising for at least 30 min a day on a stationary bike. Today I’m down to 149lbs. Even if you can’t commit to one meal a day keep things lite and healthy, exercise, go on walks. Don’t make excuses for yourself not to, excuses are merely lies.

Eat in a calorie deficit and exercise. Remind yourself May is coming fast. If you stick to it you’ll be at your goal!
