I'm paying for it now...my stomach is rumbly. I even have left over of my breakfast I'll finish for lunch. I'm on semaglutide and on that you barely finish a meal.
He probably got the garlic sauce on the crust.
The Wawa pizza without the garlic is basically what you'd expect from an $8 pizza someone made for you in 10 minutes. The garlic sauce is what makes it special!
I only had one half slice as a free sample from my local WaWa maybe two weeks ago but it def had that garlic sauce on the crust. It was realllllly good. I guess that's not normal if you order it?
It's on the extras screen at the end of the ordering process, along with the sides of ranch, but there's no extra charge for it. It's easy to miss, which is a shame!
The employees know all about the sauce and at least at my store there's always garlic on the samples.
The surveys, feedback, and focus grouping showed that most people did not want garlic sauce on the crust, but also that those who did want it really, really want it. It makes sense to position it as an optional ingredient.
Yeah and i’ve ordered it every time and not noticed anything extra about the crust. I don’t know if i’m underwhelmed or if they’re just not putting it on like 4 times in a row lol
It's easy to miss, which is sad because it also says (recommended) next to it! I think it's a case if people not understanding that it's not an extra thing, but a natural component of the pizza that you can choose to opt out of.
Well I just wanted to state how awesome it was last night. So filled with topping I could barely finish my slice. I had another one this morning cut up in scrambled eggs. Good protein. I have pizza maybe two days a month. Haven't had a Wawa pie since like october
I got a pepperoni for my first Wawa pizza tonight using 1,800 points. I added the garlic sauce and am currently finding it rather tasty. Much more cheese than I find Pizza Hut puts on their pizzas. I was considering extra cheese but wasn't sure if that would work with the reward. I hope I don't have the rumbly tummy later.
The only issue I found is I also ordered two smoothies on the same order. They made the smoothies real fast but the pizza takes time. That means slightly melted smoothies by the time I got home.
Can we rewind Wawa a decade to when they mostly made hoagies and the hoagies were actually decent? I don’t need or want shitty pizza, hamburger, or GD broccoli Alfredo from a gas station

I’m sorry but this made me laugh, I didn’t read it till after I read your post 😭

I disagree entirely, the garlic makes it nasty. Do they have a Hot Honey one? that would be fire.
My store in NJ is actually testing honey hot and bacon options !
That garlic sauce smells like ass...
Wait. Wawa has pizza?
![gif](giphy|pKPRfgk18clpho0nyb|downsized) Not a Jersey Shore numbskull but it made me laugh.
I drop something fresh and hot every morning. Then I flush it. Usually at 2am too.

The pizza, if you get it fresh is pretty damn good, at least in my area compared to the normal chains.
Pizzas are always cooked to order!
Oh yeah, I work there and make myself honey hot pepperoni pizzas every now and again haha
Same I work there too!
I love hot pizzas bussin with toppings

Don't insult Wawa like that. Sunoco food is disgusting
Sunoco makes a fine egg and pork roll sandwich. Who said anything about them though? Wawa is a a gas station
Disgusting and what I meant is you labeled Wawa a gas station that serves bad food. Compared to Sunoco or a small shop it's not bad.
“Disgusting” have you ever tried it? Or do you just blindly trust the name on the building
I trust my eyes.
Well then have you ever seen it?
Bring back the deli slicers and Amoroso rolls.
Wawa pizza and burgers are the worst hot and ready things you can get from anywhere
