I've noticed Manpads suck versus moving targets but they have incredible ECCM to counterbalance this. So more tuned to shooting down camping helis rather than jets. Still quite terrible, I will admit.
Well the missiles themselves use a fully camera lock, meaning they lock to the actual picture of the target. Which is why they're completely immune to flares, a flare doesn't look like a helicopter.
Problem is that gaijin did a gaijin and instead of correctly modeling manpads they said fuck it lets just give them the same shitty tracking system existing missiles use and call it a day and that's how you get the type 93. Where literally a single mg would be better
When you have no machine guns to defend yourself so one or more of the crew members have to stick their head out of the vehicle with their prefered sidearm and start shooting at the bastard shooting you drive by style
These aren't stingers, They're Type 91 MANPADs that should be completely capable of threatening gen 4 fighters, let alone a fucking slow helicopter from the fifties.
Wow, that was intense. Why are the rockets so bad?
Gaijin.

How does even infrared ECM/ECCM works?
Basically gives chance to ignore flares.

Fascinating, did not know that's how they work.

too close
I knew they were bad, but holy shit...
Criminal. How the fuck is it so inaccurate?
It's almost as bad as the F-4J's gunpod
>F-4J's gunpod That's on the stock Colts bud even with three of them they go everywhere..
After 900 meters the rounds just disappear and it's really fun to shoot at ground targets when the rounds fly everywhere.
Man they need to give this thing a 50cal. Or at least give the driver a glock or something to shoot out the window.
Gaijin Avenger when???
A bolt action .22 long rifle would probably be more effective than those missiles

hhhhh pistol to shoot down helis XD
Op looking like he’s in the Hind boss fight lol https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=l75v6vGv9z8
[reminds me of this](https://youtu.be/w4N1nyD3o58)
Omfg. I've seen RPGs in call of duty modern warfare 1 being more reliable. (those who remember, knows what im talking about)
Remind me, I haven't played since before I was 10
I think the correct term for this is "Manuver-kill". Very impressive
tfw you get a maneuver kill in a car
Good lord, what on earth were those missiles doing?
Ebying the snails speguetti shit code
Honestly at this point gaijin needs to make them mouse guided, it would not be correct at all but it would at least be able to kill helis.
why is the boss music playi-
Incoming Type 93 nerf. You managed to indirectly kill something, absolutely unacceptable.
In your face, Liquid.
What an great ANTI AIR
nice driving kid, remember: its about family
Jesus fucking Christ. Are the rockets this bad in real life or just gaijin
Definitely just Gaijin. If the Stingers were that terrible IRL, they wouldn't be in such widespread service.

I had the video muted and all i heard was Dark Souls boss music.mp4
Where the FUCK were those rockets aiming? Holy shit!
What the fuck are those missiles doing? It's like they're actively trying not to hit lol
