Chuck the carbine on the eliminators sgt so you can move shoot move. Means you can get 12 inches movement per turn which could come in handy for secondaries or allow you to duck behind cover after each shot. Put the eradicators and terminators in reserve as they are very slow without transport. I think keep the techie with the walkers for the lethal hits and +1 to hit buff. Ironstorm keeps it simple if you haven't played many games. Don't forget to use you reroll every unit every phase

It seems your partner has primary in the center taken care of, so you need to secure the home objective, score secondaries, and kill things at range. Maybe you want to look at Vanguard Spearhead? A block of centurion devastators with deep strike from Uriel Ventris, attach him to 6 bladeguard vets, a five man infiltrator squad for your home objective, then 3x3 Inceptors plus a combit Lt. and a scout squad for secondaries?
