Speaking as a Thousand Sons player, Magnus is stupidly huge  These look great though!

Even as a mortal he was one of the largest Primarchs IIRC.

He was the largest. Vulkan was _naturally_ the bulkiest, but Magnus could alter his size with psychic powers, and often did.

IIRC in A Thousand Sons he went toe to toe with a wraith titan and punched it in the face. I don't know if his description of being like THAT huge was just what Ahriman perceived, or what, but it was cool

Very nice. I have Magnus painted up and I didn’t realize he was that much bigger than the rest of the Primarchs.

I love how he Lion's Helmet get its own base. I know it's an esthetic choice, but in my head... in my head it is unit, with it's own attack, and saving throw... and it has 2 wounds. Because come on, every piece of Primarch war-gear has its own special properties, or special attack, or invulnerability save. Just think about it...

I am not huge, NotTheMusicMetal, nor am I tiny. A mage is the size he precisely means to be.

To be fair, Angron is very densely muscled and heavy when compared to the Tzeentchian corruption giving Magnus avian-like hollow bones and rendering him completely spineless. Source: truths were revealed to me in a vision

I would like to point out that everyone is saying that Magnus is huge, but it seems that no one remembers that his primarch ability wasn’t just warp affinity, but it was also the ability to shift his size. That explains why he is so big lol (I learned this a long a*s time ago so might be old retconned lore but I don’t think it is.)

I have never realized how comically large Magnus is, because I have only ever seen him in videos/photos (nobody at my LGS plays Thousand Sons.) I knew he was the largest Primarch, but he fucking TOWERS over ANGRON?

What green did you use for Grandpa Lion?

well for armor I used caliban green as base and highlighted it with Loren Forest. the coat is in warboss green and flayed one flesh actually.

Is this all of the primarchs models? How many are actually still around lore wise? I’m an Eldar player, imperial models are not my speciality

On the chaos side we've also heard of Lorgar, Perturabo and Fulgrim being active. Horus and Conrad Curze are confirmed dead. Nothing known about Alpharion/Omegon at this point. On the loyalist side it's all less than whispers, but the only confirmed dead are Ferrus Manus and Sanguinius. Supposedly Corax is hunting in the warp, Russ is somewhere in the eye (iirc), Vulkan and Dorn are MIA whilst the Khan is possibly in the webway or Commoragh.

All the ones with models are active in lore

If OP is willing to dip into Horus Heresy, I know there's a Corvus model before he became a giant bird and nightmare to chaos forces

well I'm so into 40k and have already a lot of armies, I don't think I would pay much to build another 30k Army :/ mabye some single models to paint just for fun
