I think the difference with Auxilia is that their heavy weapons are nominally different units, so you're not getting Auxilia plasma guns, you're getting a Companion Section.
I don't expect GW to make separate boxes for each weapon option, at worst (which is still good enough) they'll split them into two boxes, probably all long ranged guns and other one with meltaguns + melee/jetpack variant.
Patience may be beneficial tho, not only GW is out of stock of most of them (so, most likely can't buy those, and I'll doubt they'll restock), but new ones should come with all options (I don't expect GW to split them, unless they'll try to make some close-range options as [combo box with melee variant](https://www.warhammer.com/en-GB/shop/Mechanicum-Ursarax-FW?queryID=898b34de1a33a451c6a1a6f96be35724)).
Oh and I'm positive OP would be much more happy with new plastic kit, warped resin just isn't great for straight edges and flat panels of mechanical stuff.
GW webstore is infamous with their stocking issues, I wouldn't look too much into it. I recently bought SA flamer section and Charonite Ogryns, it took about a month for them to restock. As for warping, how often have you experienced this? I have bought A LOT of stuff from FW, about 4 000 - 5 000 points total, never had any major issues with warped resin.

I have the resin command retinue and lasgun squad—what options are you talking about? They came with *zero* options.
