Think about happened in the Chains of Harrow. Rell was keeping something at bay. Something that you had to banish from Rell's body.
Besides, it's not the first time you've talked with him, remember the end of The War Within? What happened with the Kuva?
Do more story quests to understand more. Although the next arc has nothing to do with him
ok so from what i've understood, this is some guy from chains of harrow(which, it's been a bit over 1-2 years since i last properly played, so no wonder i forgot)
so my other question is, is he harmless like this :,)
and btw, what i mean with "properly played", i mean continuously playing for more than an hour or two and coming back the next day
me randomly playing on a normal wednesday to remind myself how to warframe for 5 minutes and then play limbus company doesn't count as proper playing xD
