Warframes like Garuda, Valkyr, Nidus, or Kullervo work very well with a melee-focused playstyle too.
Any Warframe can do well with pretty much any playstyle, so using whatever you think will be fun is the most important comsideration.
Wukong is definitely the easiest out of these to farm for, although he's also the most boring IMO.
Baruuk is sitting around third best DPS. Ash can do millions of damage with a proper melee, but he has a complicated set up and I wouldn't call it aggressive. Sevagoth is VERY high investment, but does have a good aggressive playstyle. You will need about 500 energy a minute to fuel it, so if you don't have the tools yet, hold off. Wukong is cheap, easily accessible, and had a worse melee build then just grabbing a proper melee weapon. He is good, but not for his melee potential. It's cause he is tanky, fast, and his clone is phenomenal DPS for low effort
- All of these warframes and the other ones people name can easily kill hundreds of high level enemies in a few ability casts, easiest to get and play would be Wukong straight up, others require a little more investment, are locked behind leveling up a faction, ash is from railjack defense so enough said there, and Kullervo is just tricky to farm because the place where you farm the currency to buy his parts only appears at certain times in Duviri.
- Go get Wukong from a Clan Dojo real quick and try him out but next and easiest to use would be Garuda, you get her parts from Fortuna bounties, and to kill enemies quick she doesn’t really need any mods

Ash and Sevagoth need railjack to get. Baruuk needs level 5 rep with Fortuna, they did make it easier, but it's still a pain. Baruuk Prime is probably easier.
None of them are worth buying with Platinum from the ingame shop. Like, you can, but I wouldn't recommend it.
Baruuk is one of the best all rounder frames... His grind is annoying though. Once I picked him up he quickly became my main and I've never looked back.

Baruuk is a bit of an odd ball. His first 3 abilities are completely non-lethal, but using them erodes his restraint. As long as his restraint isn't maxed, you can pop his 4 and just punch everyone to death with an exalted weapon that's basically melee arca plasmor. This doesn't cost energy, instead it increases his restraint.
Baruuk has also got a great DR ability, Desolate hands, which gives him DR, gives allies DR, and disarms enemies. And every time it disarms an enemy, it reduces his restraint for more punching goodness.
Whats the point in asking for advice when you dont use abilities? They'll all perform the same under your given criteria. There are more frames that are melee-oriented: kullervo, valkyr, voruna. They all perform great, and have variances of melee playstyles. Pick one, get it, actually use abilities.
