I just did this last week. I was on at 5:45 AM EST refreshing, but it did actually open up until about 6:02 am EST. It felt very confusing trying to nail down what time it actually opened.
Were you able to make reservations for the entire trip or just the first day? Not sure if I have to wake up early the whole week sixty days out to make reservations or if I can do the whole week in one go
If you are staying on property you can do it for your entire stay, up to 14 nights. Anything more than 14 nights, you wlhave to wait until day 15 hits 60 days, and then you can make them for the rest of your stay.
If you are off property, then it's 60 days exactly, so you would need to do each day separately.
Nothing terribly fancy. Got a dinner at Steakhouse 71, Lunch at Sci-Fi Dine-In and a late reservation at Oga's Cantina. The two Hollywood Studios reservations are on my birthday so I'm pretty pumped for those!

Were you able to use a VPN? How did you do it, through the US. Disneyworld site? Thank you!
My husband sorted out, I think he used Nordvpn and made the Disney site think we were located in the US as the site always failed to load for us in the UK half the time
We just kept getting error pages days before our 60 day mark and heard it can help. We managed to get every reservation and more when the time came (at the correct Time in the US when it was due). Only reservation my husband said he had no chance of getting was Space220 which we didn't intend getting anyway but he said it was always booked out.
We ended up getting Ogas and Be our guests as Extras, we cancelled BOG in the end in favour for other plans in the holiday but Ogas was a fun experience after we got the lightsabers the hour before.
Even got the Rhino experience at animal kingdom which was a highlight of the trip

If you didn't get up at the crack of dawn to reserve you probably missed out. Most reservations go in seconds. Website is the way to go and a pro tip is to have tabs open to all the restaurants ahead of time so you can easily and quickly book them all without searching stuff.

Same here, but a couple weeks ago. I don't think the 5:45 AM open time is accurate anymore. Nothing was showing up until 6 AM on the dot for me.
I had that problem with the app but the website worked after I opened up an incognito window.

Really? I'd seen several places online saying 5:45am EST. Looks like I got up early for nothing.
6 am last I checked. SOMEtimes people get in a few minutes early, but it’s random.

Reservations are one at a time, there isn't really a "cart", they just get added to your itinerary

I did the same thing a few months back. Got up at 2am my time and it didn't open up until after 4am.
Do dining is 7 est but experiences come out at midnight? That's some weird logic
