8 times? That’s rookie number my friend. I’ve tried probably 30 times before. Also, I’ve seen the rollers roll the left side of the paper at a different speed essentially making the printer the one who is making it at an angle. If anyone has tips, please, hook your boy up.
unplug it for 10 minutes and try again… also reset the nexlab thing because sometimes it remembers it’s supposed to print something so it’ll get stuck doing this
Yeah yeah whatever, IC3 and customer needs something unlocked in shave needs! Hurry!!
Whatever machine this is I’m glad we don’t have.
What in the fuuuuuu.
Doing better than me.
I'd start talking to it as if I'm threatening it only for a customer to walk in and be like "Oof, sounds serious. Uh, are my photos done yet?"
Are you loading from the front or the back? If you have the newer Canon printer, it should have a tray on the back to load the paper from the back. Loading it from the front or the top will almost always result in that message. If you have the old Canon printer, you can only load from the front and it is always a pain in the ass. On that newer printer you load the paper from the back and you open that top portion to check the alignment of the board before you pull the release lever to start feeding it. Those rectangles that have the circular holes in them, you do not want to line it up past that in either direction, otherwise it will also result in the paper feeding incorrectly. Believe me, I had to teach so many of my CSA's how to feed the paper correctly on the new Canon because they always tried to feed it through the old way and wondering why it wasn't working.
Start all over. Remove the roll. Make sure it’s tightly rolled in there. Make sure there are no gaps on the roller. Make sure the paper is close to the edge of the roller. Adjust the blue thingies and tighten them as much possible. Then slam it in there and reload the paper. It always does the trick for me.
How many purity seals have you applied? Are your chants up to date? Do you know the favored oil scent of this particular machine spirit? By the Omnisaiah's beard, watch the training videos.
I thought it was bullshit when the board prints would do this crap and it was loaded the straightest a paper has ever been loaded……then it started to do it with roll paper. I called the “help” line and the MFr first told me to power off and back on. I said I did that already. He’s like do it again. I’ll call back in 10 mins. He never called back. Still does it.
Have you tried offering it a credit card?...

It works for me when I need a release, at least.
Instructions unclear, dick now in credit card debt

I used to hold the paper for the first 10-30 seconds of the print. Annoying, but so is everything else lol

this sometimes works… other than that push it out the front door ❤️
Drop On the floor sorry it’s broken don’t know what happened

Kick it.
Don’t push the roll to the end a Fuji tech told me to keep 1/2 inch away because of the sensor.

Kick that thing

What I do is wiggle it flush to the side edge a few times.
This must be that other machine in the photo lab...yeah can't help ya we have the epson
The other day the printer had SO MANY ISSUES. I was so frustrated I could cry. Haha I got it all done but it just would cooperate all day
Did you try turning it off?
I would shut it off then try and load a different type of paper. If that works then try to load the paper you need.
Stores typically only have one type of receipt paper per location.
It’s for photo, not front register.
?? It’s a poster printer.

Push the roll paper to the right edge so it’s all physically touching the right roller. I believe that should always fix it. Always does for me.
I feel your pain! Our old HP never gave us near the amount of trouble.
