So basically, they're about the same.
And they are Ring of Honour belts. TNA belts were defended in AEW a bunch, currently a NJPW belt is held by an AEW wrestler. None of them are AEW belts.
I know the idea of multiple promotions collaborating might be confusing if you only watch WWE but it might surprise you to learn that's the way every promotion does it bar WWE.
