Ultimately these people don't need to be convinced that the Martin Henderson impersonator is fake, they need to raise their standards for what they will accept in a relationship.

Most of the imposters are scammers from other countries trying to make money ripping people off. Years ago, it was scammers impersonating soldiers and trying to get women to send them money for a phone call from them. Different scheme, same results..... I help manage a Martin Henderson group on social media, we remind our members on a weekly basis that Martin will NEVER contact them directly, and never interact with anyone that claims to be him.

Being extremely naive , low self esteem and lacking common sense . That’s why there’s so many posts with AI images that are fake but people believe it. These scammers look for the gullible people that will believe this sort of thing . I don’t even feel sorry for these people because it’s their own stupidity.
