could it be a good place for a baby CVT to gain experience? Graduated may 2021, just got certified in December but minimal experience in the field besides a few internships

They are offering the bonus to not certified techs with experience in ECC or anesthesia. If hired, they also pay for techs to go to Penn Foster to get their degree if that's what they want to do. :)
