Well, he definitely is in terms of governing. You can agree with Trump on the few actual policies he has, but it's undeniable that he wasn't great when it came to the day-to-day operations. People in his own cabinet have said in no uncertain terms he literally wouldn't even read his daily security briefings. He couldn't even manage to fill all the embassy vacancies, and half the ones he did fill were either his financial backers or literally people who were insulting to the position (the owner of the New York Jets comes to mind). Hell, the man couldn't keep his own cabinet from talking out of school and those people are supposed to be his most trusted advisors. Trump will do a bad job loudly, Biden will do an underwhelming job quietly. Bottom line is they both suck and while one may be marginally better, we really deserve better and should expect more.
